  2. ReadMe for Business Cards/Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0

  5. The Business Cards manual for the Windows 95 and Windows 3.1 
  6. versions is installed with the program in .PDF format. If there 
  7. is not enough room on your computer to install the manual, you 
  8. can open the BIZCARDS.PDF file in the MANUAL folder on the CD.
  9.  
  10. To view or print the manual, you need to have Adobe Acrobat 
  11. Reader 3.0 installed on your computer. If you have an earlier 
  12. version of Acrobat Reader, you will not be able to view or print 
  13. the manual.

  15. If you have any questions about installing or using Acrobat Reader,
  16. contact Adobe technical support online at WWW.ADOBE.COM, or call
  17. (800) 879-3219 for an automated technical support directory.

  20. INSTALLING ADOBE ACROBAT READER 3.0
  21. =================================================================

  23. Acrobat Reader 3.0 is automatically installed on your computer 
  24. when the program is installed. You can also install or reinstall
  25. Acrobat Reader 3.0 from the Business Cards CD.
  26.  
  27. The installation programs for Acrobat Reader are included on this 
  28. CD in the ACROBAT folder. Separate installation programs are 
  29. provided for both the Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 operating systems. 
  30. Be sure to install the correct program for your operating system.

  32. 1.  Insert the Business Cards CD into your CD drive.
  33. 2.  Open Windows Explorer or File Manager.
  34. 3.  Open the ACROBAT folder on the CD.
  35. 4.  Open the correct folder for your operating system.
  36.     - If you are using Windows 95, open the WIN95 folder.
  37.     - If you are using Windows 3.1, open the WIN31 folder.
  38. 5.  Open the .EXE file.
  39.     - If you are using Windows 95, open the AR32E30.EXE file.
  40.     - If you are using Windows 3.1, open the AR16E30.EXE file.
  41. 6.  Follow the on-screen instructions to finish installing the 
  42.     program.

  45. VIEWING THE MANUAL
  46. =================================================================

  48. Once you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, Windows 
  49. will automatically start the Reader program when you open any 
  50. file with a .PDF extension.
  51.  
  52. - To view the manual in Windows 95, open the Windows 95 Start menu 
  53.   and choose Programs > ProVenture > Business Cards Manual.
  54.  
  55. - To view the manual in Windows 3.1, open the ProVenture group in
  56.   Windows Program Manager and double-click the Business Cards
  57.   Manual icon.
  58.  
  59. If there was not enough room on your computer to install the 
  60. manual, you can open the BIZCARDS.PDF file in the MANUAL folder 
  61. on the Business Cards CD.

  63. To print all or part of the manual, follow the instructions in 
  64. the Acrobat Reader program or contact Adobe Technical Support.
